Responsibilities

Preparation & review of Inspection test plans for the system

Dimension checking of the fabricated system with the approved drawing

Verification of all the MOC's which are being used for the job

Sound knowledge of Heat exchanger, Pressure vessel QC

Excellent understanding of drawings provided by the design team

Inspection of all the standard bought out items

Documentation for all the activities which includes the status and any changes if applicable

Understanding of hook-ups and other electrical & instrumentation concepts.

Requirements

Diploma / Engineering graduate in Mechanical stream

4 – 5 years in Industrial Engineering preferred Oil & Gas Industries

AutoCAD draftsman

Vashi and Khopoli

Full-time

Responsibilities

Preparation of Industrial Plant Layout from Conceptualization to 3D Modelling of the Plant

Preparation of Overall Layout, P&ID, Isometrics and 3D modelling in AutoCAD

Positioning of mechanical equipment and preparation of various layouts for Industrial Plant – GA Layout, Foundation Layout, Piping layouts

Verification of 3D models & 2D drafting received from partners and subcontractors based on reference documents transmitted as data and based on internal standards

Compliance with the schedule defined by the supervisor for each task also with norms, internal standards, as well as specific customer requirements

Checks that information and requests are complete, clear and comply with internal standards

Clear and autonomous communication with the team and suppliers

Sound knowledge of Piping standards followed in industry

Line Sizing calculations, Line Routing and Line supports

Weight load calculations and preparing the inputs for the civil engineers

Pipe rack sizing and pipe thickness calculation

Cable tray routing and sizing

Good understanding of ANSI and other international Standards

Understanding of hook-ups and other electrical and instrumentation concepts

Interpretation of Stress analysis reports and their implementation in drawings

Interprets and applies good engineering practice for preparation of drawings

Requirements

Diploma / Engineering graduate in Mechanical stream

4 – 5 years in Industrial Engineering preferred Oil & Gas Industries

Responsibilities

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Feeding solid raw material, movement of RM and finished goods within factory premises

Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process

Recording information, such as weight, temperature, and other parameters and inputting into logbook

Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests in order to monitor processing, and to ensure that standards are met

Working with other team members to complete the production process

Operator ensures that the products being produced under their supervision meet all specifications

Operator gathers samples for laboratory analysis, and performs quality control analyses of product

Requirements

Must be good in written and spoken English

Shift Incharge

Responsibilities

Keep the To-do list updated, and plan the tasks as per the To-do list

Maintain utmost safety on the shop floor and during trials

Production & Machine Trials responsibility

Updated with operational manual & any supporting documents

Updated with HMI & SCADA interface

Maintain production reports for each trial

Maintain technical reports after each trial

Assign responsibilities to plant operators & workers and monitor the activities to achieve daily targets

Daily shift work completion reporting on Slack

Ensure that daily review meetings are being followed

Maintain the document for all the tests (pressure tests, etc.) that are conducted

Responsible for work safety (for all shifts)

Ensure that the First Aid box has all the necessary items

Ensure that the fire extinguishers are always refilled

Ensure workers' timings

Provide the list of all the items required, crane required or anything else to operations incharge

Ensure site cleaning

Ensure machine cleaning

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in chemical engineering with SCADA
